Overview
The 5-month long Project Lamda involved the development of the research to support the drafting of a legislative policy document for a political client in Monrovia, Liberia.
Challenge
Project Lamda addressed the challenge of developing a legislative policy document that aligned with the complexities of Monrovia's political landscape, including stakeholder expectations, social risks, and legal-political requirements.
The solution
The engagement took into consideration local factors and stakeholder expectations in order to pull together a policy document that satisfied the client and accounted for the complexity of the political landscape including certifications, affiliations, alliances and requirements for the client in question.
The impact
Project Lamda culminated in a draft document which took into account social risk factors and the prevailing legal and political frameworks ( legal permits, approvals, filing, registrations) that would affect the success of the policy draft.
We provided clear and concise recommendations for mitigating these risk factors whilst motivating the stakeholders identified for success.
