Overview
We Developed Strategy to Facilitate a Children's Talent Management Agency in Nigeria.
Challenge
When the world was brought to a standstill by COVID-19, a visionary in the creative arts entertainment industry saw an opportunity to adapt and innovate. She dreamed of launching a talent management agency and a musical production agency for children—ventures that would not only entertain but also nurture young talents in a way that was safe and responsive to the new realities of the world.
However, launching these services in the midst of a global pandemic required more than just creativity; it demanded a strategic approach that prioritised health and safety without compromising the vibrancy and joy at the core of her vision.
The solution
Recognising the need for a solid foundation, the client turned to Spurt! for guidance. Understanding the unique challenges posed by the pandemic, we crafted a business strategy that was not only aligned with COVID-19 regulations but also set the stage for sustainable growth. Our team saw the untapped potential in Nigeria's market for kid-friendly musical brands, and we worked diligently to create a roadmap that would turn this potential into reality.
The impact
We delivered three comprehensive decks that became the blueprint for the client’s success. The business strategy deck outlined the strategic initiatives and start-up costs, ensuring the business was financially and operationally prepared. The product strategy deck defined the brand's tone of voice and personality, bringing clarity to the vision and making it resonate with both parents and children. Lastly, the operations document provided a detailed plan for the structures, systems, processes, and personnel required to successfully run the talent agency.
