Overview
For over 6 months, we were engaged to conduct a series of forensic analyses and deliver targeted training sessions for our client.
Challenge
In Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, an educational institute sought to improve stakeholder engagement and upskill its staff.
The solution
Our approach involved deploying a range of human capital development tools, including psychometric testing, systems and design thinking, stakeholder mapping, and 360 reviews. These tools allowed us to identify, isolate, and address the challenges within the institute's culture. We also executed the recommended training sessions, which resulted in a 45% improvement in staff engagement and a 72% increase in researcher-finishing ratios.
The impact
Our final deliverable was a 25-page report outlining clear steps and metrics to further enhance stakeholder engagement, nurture employee development, and foster a self-starter and finisher culture within the institute.
