Strategic Execution for Health Industry Expansion

Strategic Execution for Health Industry Expansion

Overview

Project Moz was run over a 7.5 month period comprising the phased design (feasibility), construction (product fidelity and operational integrity) and supervision (historical accounts, trackers of performance). With Project Moz, we designed and implemented detailed execution plan for a client operating in the health industry wishing to set up operations in Asaba and Benin.

The Challenge

We designed and implemented a detailed execution plan for a health firm who wanted to operate in Asaba and Benin

The Solution

In order to enable the highest degree of success, Spurt! designed a meticulously outlined plan complete with timelines, project leads, implementation partner recommendations and serialised project phasing in order to make sure that both firms achieved the desired results.

The Impact

Our output was careful to track financial considerations (expenditure, revenue, debt) against implementation in order to achieve a scrupulously defined project plan for the Project Moz exercise.
